Description
Edge profile – Right angle – “EuroForm” and back wall profile – 228 cm to create a neat cast-in-place countertop. EuroForm has a 32mm (1 ¼”) thick front edge. Pour only 25mm of concrete. Use a high-quality GFRC concrete for this.
Close the kitchen cabinets with a 6mm cement fibre board (for example Knauf Aquapanel or similar). The board must be kept level with the front of the cabinets. Use silicone or polymer sealant to secure the board to the cabinets.
Then screw the profiles to the cement fibre board with a 12mm pan head screw. After the concrete has hardened, the profile can be broken off along the breaking line and a nice, tight front edge is created.
