Z Trowel-Slick is a ready-to-use concrete surface finisher that makes finishing easier. For experienced applicators, it provides a great finish with much less work. For less experienced users, it often provides a professional result. Z Trowel-Slick is ideal for finishing concrete countertops.
COVERAGE: Approximately 4.5 – 7 m2 per bottle (946ml)
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake well before use and pour Z Trowel-Slick into a spray bottle. Apply to concrete as directed. Once the concrete has hardened sufficiently and is ready for trowel finishing, lightly mist the concrete and/or the underside of the trowel with Z Trowel-Slick. Butter the concrete. Z Trowel-Slick ensures that the trowel glides effortlessly over the treated surface, requiring less force and smoothing out unevenness easily. The residue bonds with the hardened concrete surface, does not affect the adhesion of subsequent treatments, and does not change the final color of the surface. Z Trowel-Slick has no effect on the concrete hydration process, early or final concrete strength, wear resistance, or surface durability.
CAUTION: Z Trowel-Slick is not a hardener. Concrete treated with this product must be cured according to product guidelines. Z Trowel-Slick will not alter the effectiveness of film-forming curing or finishing agents. Do not use to finish products other than poured concrete. Prevent freezing. If frozen, unscrew cap and allow to thaw completely. Shake well for two minutes before use.
