Description
This trowel comes pre-sanded so you can get started right away to get the best results. Once the top of the concrete is level, use a magnesium trowel to further level and smooth the surface. This opens the pores of the fresh concrete, allowing excess water to evaporate and air to escape. Once the concrete is firm enough and all excess water has evaporated, use a steel trowel for your final finish.
Lightweight magnesium provides a smoother finish than a wooden trowel. Uncoated, pre-sanded magnesium means you don’t need to pre-treat the trowel. If you are using the white mix, it is highly recommended that you use the Lexan trowel instead.
